It's very important to note that our body has an incredible natural exfoliating system on its own.  Over exfoliating can damage the natural protective barrier. Be gentle when exfoliating.

Best For:  All skin types.  If skin is heavily broke out, using as a mask would be a more gentler option.

When To Use:  Once, every 5-6 weeks, in the evening.  Note: skin becomes more sensitive to the sun after exfoliating. That's why it's recommended to use at night.

Directions: As an exfoliator, add ¼ teaspoon to palm, with cleanser, in the evening.  Gently massage face in circular motion.  Rinse as usual.  Spray facial mist & apply serum and/or moisturizer.  As a mask, cleanse face & pat dry. Add 1 teaspoon of powder to 1 tablespoon (or more) of water or organic plain greek yogurt & ½ teaspoon of honey.  Mix together & gently apply all over face.  Leave on for 10-15 minutes.  Rinse face thoroughly & pat dry.  Spray facial mist & apply serum and/or moisturizer.
